So, no Hulk decks, No Illuminati, No WF, or FF.

We did get an MKKO, a lot of avengers, and if just look at top 8 day one decks, S.H.I.E.L.D burn was doing well.

There were quite a few decks that went extremely well. But the skew was in draft. Some of the top are there because of their insane draft skills. Doesn't necessarily mean that their decks are actually the best.

I was hopeing that crimelords would top 8.

Hager's deck list was crazy. I love stuff like that. Clark's deck was probably better though. Wish I had considered the power of blizzard.

Yeah - multiple Blizzards for the lockdown was awesome. And no, you commitment-phobe, you do not win the thread! :P

The blizzard combo is great, but it needs evens to win or it gets smashed to the face by any rush or beats deck. The truth to the best deck in my belief is that there was not one. Every deck had a weakness to some other deck that came. It truly was a matchup based tourny.
