Two squares of diagonally adjacent terrain that are not the same type (such as a square of hindering and a square of blocking) are clear for movement purposes.
I don't want to play a game of chess where dumb luck or money decides whether or not I get to use a rook... Collectibility is a necessary evil of Heroclix, not a boon.

Yes, but it doesn't come up very often. On most maps we usually have the same type of terrain diagonal to its self. This only comes up when objects are placed diagonally to said terrain.
Hey if any of the New guys that showed up Thursday at Comics Oasis wanted to play in other tournaments...Click on the link below http://www.wizkidsgames.com/userdeta...?userid=440610

Who here will be at the Kool's tournament tomorrow? Is anyone here the person running the tournament? Who will I finally get to meet?
Hey my name is Jeff and I will be there tomorrow. Not sure who will all be there but it seems like the first week of the big G tournies have had large attendance. I would say anywhere between 4 and 8 players will show.
Sitting around waiting for my nephew. Wonder how young the world's youngest Clix player is. Figure I can start him now and he'll be world class by the time he is 4 or 5 - he's 7 weeks old now.
Hey Jeff. I had fun today at Kool's. Sorry I couldn't stay for more than 2 rounds. Who ended up winning?
Eric ended up winning (you would have had you stayed!) There was three 2-1 records!!! Eric beat 2 of the 3. The Big guy Lucky was second (and he is a former WWLA champ!!!) Yeah great to meet ya and look forward to seeing you again! You of course are welcome at all our Venues!
Nice job on the avatar Jimmy! I should be a Diamond Donor some time this next week as well.

I'm not good at names. I remember yours and the judge's name was Don. I also remember Lucky because of the trade and the stylish name...but which one was Eric?
Eric is the good lookin', smooth talkin' son of a gun with the wonderful sense of humor.

Although I had a great time playing my venue's CoG: Surfer tourney (and winning, I might shamelessly add! ), I really wish I could have tested my mettle the other night at Oasis.
Y'know....just to see........for old time's sake! Not to mention I could've BS'ed with you guys for just a bit longer.
For what's it worth: I've now opened 14 boosters and pulled 6 SR's including 2 in today's boosters: Scarlet ##### and Man-Wasp.
I really like this version of the Scarlet Witch best. 8 range, 9AV, with PC and barrier.... Good Night, Irene!!!!!!!!
Pulling Gargoyle, Wiccan, or Scarlet Witch is a must to pull in this format.
And to beat all, the wife lost a ton of money. But me, went to the BlackJack table with 25.00. Played it and walked away with a little under 100.00.......
