does the team ablilty allow a free action heal to any adjacent friendly character that has been KOed-- resurection?

No. The figure with the TA is healed anytime an adjacent friendly figure is KOd.

For example, Deadshot is adjacent to a Moloid. If the Moloid is KOd, then Deadshot is healed.

I always thought that in order for the Suicide-Squads TA to go into affect, two members of the team had to have the Suicide-Squad symbol or a wildcard.

We had the same thing. The judge didnt have the latest FAQ and interpreted the old description to mean if you're KO'd next to a Suicide Squad figure, you get to roll to heal. All his pieces were immortal, someone killed Thor 5 times but he used the wording of the power to be unstoppable and win Clint.

i just havent seen anything that would stop the wording of the TA
