I know Blackcat isn't really a vigilante but I couldn't think of anyone else. Any thoughts?

If I used this team I'd drop the Con-Artist down to a Rookie freeing up a total of 4 points (297-1=296=4 points) and then down your Scourge to an (another 4 points) and put in a R Paramedic.

I'd want the security of knowing Ghost Rider's low defense would be good for something. Like healing him.
