In an effort to unofficially determine the best Heroclix team Gargantua and FlyingIcarus took 22 of Marvel and DC best's teams and had them face off. When the dust settled there were 11 winners added with the best performing loser for 12 teams total. Round 2 knocked the 12 down to 6. Some surprises in which teams made it this far (Legion! Injustice League!) and others that didn't (JLA, X-Men!). Round 3 brought it down to three winners and a wildcard (losing team with the most kos points).

Gargantua will take the Legion and the Defenders.

FlyingIcarus has the Ultimates and the Injustice League.

Just wondering,

300 points, but given the limitations of picking from one team only we allowed ourselves a 5 point buffer, so some may have been as high as 305!

We've discussed rerunning this at a higher build total, maybe 500, figuring that would make for a very different game indeed, but that probably won't be for a good while.

I'll get my next turn in tonight, by the way. Work and all that silliness.

Thor reels from the Surfer's attack but immedialtey strikes back with his hammer, taking the Surfer by surprise.

Dr. Strange saw Hawkeye attempting an assault of arrows upon him. With a gesture the arrows turned into roses and fell to the ground.

"Be cautious, boy," Strange said to him, "When you play with abilities far beyond your understanding."

"Hooo boy," Hawkeye said, "This guy's gonna be trouble."
