GL TA and Wildcards

Quick question(s): If a non-flyer Wildcard copies the GL TA can they still carry up to 8 figs?

Secondly, the Power Cosmic TA cannot be wildcarded, correct? Thanks in advance.

Wild card still has to be a flyer to carry and use the GL TA.
And the Cosmic power TA can not be copied!
