Just a quick question on hindering terrain.
Ex: Hawkeye is in hindering terrain that takes up 6blocks on the map. Is he able to move inside the hindering terrain at full movement?
Thanks
If its Clobberin Time Hawkeye (or Rook SHIELD Hawkeye from Ultimates), then if he starts in hindering terrain, he can move up to half his speed value, no matter how many times he enters or leaves hindering terrain during this move.
If its Exp or Vet Ultimates Hawkeye, then it doesn't matter, he can move through hindering terrain at his full speed value all he wants.
Hmm.... that brings up another question: does water terrain count as special hindering terrain, or is it a separate type of terrain altogether. That is, does Hawkeye "swim" through water terrain because of his TA, or does that not count because its different than normal hindering?

Not exactly true. If he leaves hindering terrain and moves into clear terrain, then returns to hindering terrain, he has to stop immediately as normal.
