1. If I outwit someone soaring, do they then fall to the ground and take a click of damage?

2. Can you use 3x Perplex and RCE on same attack?(perplex to damage)

3. Can you use 3x Perplex and a Heavy object on same attack(perplex to damage)

1. No they can still hover
2. No because of rule of three, RCE is plus two damage so you can only raise the damage up one more
3. Yes you can perplex the damage up to three times then use a heavy Object

No. They only take a click if they are damaged and Earthbound / Grounded appears on their movement slot.

No. Rule of three. RCE adds 2 to the damage so you can only Perplex once for a total of +3 to the base damage score.

Yes. Perplex adds to the Damage Value while an object adds to the Damage Dealt (two different things).

1) The flier only goes to hovering mode.

2) RCE (and CCE) are modifiers to a fig's damage value, so a max of +3 can be added to affect another figure.

3) objects add to damage dealt, not damage value, so objects are not part of the rule of 3
