I play often, have every figure I need with few exceptions.
But I have never played 1000 points. Good time to try out Legacy.I've been waiting for the chance to use Ares / GL, or any other of these figures. I just can't get a 1000 point team that makes me happy. And what feat and bfc cards to use with it? A few or a few 1000 ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

I have played a few big point games, and while they are fun, they are not my choice for a tournament. Why? Because they are so SLOW!
We actually played a tournament that lasted 5 hours, with each player bringing 4 figures. It was last man standing. Since the best strategy is to weaken the strongest players so they can't hurt you, no one was being KO'ed, just hit after hit. Since the really big figs rarely have Outwit, all that damage was amounting to only 1 or 2 clicks, or saves via Super Senses and Impervious. It was mind-boggling tedious.

Therefore, if you want to play such a game, I would either set a time limit or round limit.

Let's use Kingdom Come for example. With Batman (KC), Superman(KC), GL (KC), Flash(KC), Wonder Woman (KC), and Hawkman(KC) we are already well above 1000. That's only6 figs.

Unfortunately, I did not pick the format, I'm stuck with it.
I could use the pieces you mentioned but I don't want to rely
on only one TA. Ares does have outwit and if I use him I will probably add fortitude, In contact with the Oracle and maybe more depending on who else is on the team, Vet Wildfire, Blackcat or Jynx and a few other wildcards to abuse the Mystics TA, maybe add Ultimates so I can use that TA on offense and Mystics on defense....

it worked great... got 1st place... you may wanna tweek it a bit, and put in better perplexers(instead of 2 face and harley quinn) a few figs from legacy... and change the close combat and range combatants into figures that can take their own on range and close combat( V thor from clobberin time!!!)

I do intend to use Legacy, but you given me something to tinker with.

oh no worries guy... if i was to make a team with legacy figures in it, the ones that i would try to put in are kid flash( the JLA one) V wild fire, E Jade, V obsidian....

oh and arsenal... he is a great piece...( V hawkeye without the RCE, and able to "freeze dials" with the outsiders team ability) and Mr. Freeze... also from unleashed V shade... if you have him... he is a great fig( willpower, smoke cloud, mystic, stealth, outwit, TK, regen...) slap a Auto regen on him and watch your opponents face as shade constantly comes back to bit him/her in the ###....
