Correct me if I'm wrong, but you can use any number of enhancers on a single ranged attack, right? The rule of 3 states that damage dealt can be further modified above 3 as it isd NOT a combat value.
PLEASE reply ASAP, I really need confirmation on this...

Umm... I am not 100% sure what that bolded sentence means, but I *think* you are asking if Enhancement can be used to increase a Ranged Attack's damage by more than +3.
If that is what you are asking, the answer is "no". Enhancement modifies the Damage Value of Ranged Attacks, and modifiers can not effectively increase (or decrease) a combat value (like Damage Value or Attack Value) by more than 3.
From the Universe PAC:
ENHANCEMENT (optional): At any time, as a free action, this character may increase by 1 the damage value of any friendly character(s) that is both making a ranged combat attack and adjacent to this character. Enhancement may be used only once per turn per friendly adjacent character.
From the Universe Rule Book (Page 12):
Rule of 3
Many modifiers can affect combat values during the game. Because all modifiers are cumulative, there is a special rule called the rule of 3. The rule of 3 states that once all modifiers have been calculated, no value can be modified by more than 3. It is important to note that the effects of powers and abilities and team abilities override standard HeroClix rules. The rule of 3, however, takes precedence over any powers and abilities and team abilities.
Actually, you COULD Enhance it as high as you want (with the limit of the number of figures adjacent to you), but it will reduce to +3 in the end. It's a waste of time to increase your damage beyond +3.
"The rule of 3 states that once all modifiers have been calculated" -- So you can have +8 to your damage via Enhancement or whatever...
"no value can be modified by more than 3" -- Oops... back down to +3 now.
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.

Which is why I had that little word "effectively" in there... I am on to your sly tricks, Mr. Jett!
