For anyone who is/was at Comic Con, or just the standard tournament rules.... is Fantastic Forces legal for contructed events in the San Diego Comic Con?

Unless announced otherwise, it should be legal for SDCC this weekend, as the street legal date for constructed tournaments was Wednesday, the 13th.
