the brilliant tactician feat card says that the character can use perplex on friendly characters that share a team ability with the perplexing character. does this include wildcard teams? if my spidey or even an avenger with the wildcard ability is mimicing the fantastic four ability, does that mean Mr. Fantastic can use perplex on them?

yes, you can mimic the Team Ability being used, (in this case FF) and get perplexed along with everyone else.

And does Brillaint tactitian, allow you to perplex up every freindly character in range with the card... and then use the perplex on the dial to perplex down an enemies combat value?

The effects of Perplex end at the end of your turn, so perplexing down an enemies combat values isn't a great tactic...

As for using Perplex for everyone on your team and THEN again, my interpretation is no.

Not necessarily. You could PPX down KC Flash's or GL's defense then PPX up everyone elses' AV thus making it easier to hit him.

As i understand Hair10's current ruling it works like this:

Mr. Fantastic with BT PPX's down KC GL's defense. By using PPX he is now able to activate BT and PPX himself and every friendly Fantastic Four team member within 10 squares (to raise Thing's dmg, Johnny's Attack, etc).

You're correct, but just remember... Once the opposing KC GL takes damage, the Perplex on him ends, so his regular defense will return after the first hit. Better make the first hit count, so your other figures can hit him too!

Why does it end after you damage him? It should last till the end of you persons turn who perplexed him

The three ending situations for Perplex --

1) You lose Perplex or are KOed
2) The person Perplex is damaged or healed
3) It's the end of the turn when it was used

Ok, it's really 5, but they are grouped like this in the PAC, so you can't blame me!

Are you sure about this. I thought that no matter what, when a wildcard copies a team they recive the benifits of the team, but are still in all other ways the wildcard team on their dial.

For example if a Minion of Doom figure copies Fantastic Four it would get a click of healing if another FF member died but in all other ways is a Minion of Doom. Another example, If a Minion copied X-Men then KOed a Sentinel you wouldn't get double points.

As Shock Man X said above, and is written in the FAQ, for purposes of team abilities, the WC's are having the ta they copy, however, they remain members of the team that's printed on their dial.

Disbanded effectively neuters Brilliant Tactician since now you are no longer sharing a team ability with any of your allies. (no, having no team ability doesn't count as sharing a team ability)
