Passenger does not specify that you cannot carry Transporters/Flying character... is there someone who can tell me if, although it does say that flyers and transporters cannot carry other flyers/transporters, it does never say that such figures can never be carried at all... or does it? Can someone find me this info? Thanks!

You are correct... Passenger says nothing about carrying Transporters/Flying characters. However, since (at least currently) all transporters are double-base figures, the rules for double-base figures say they cannot be carried. Also, the rules for flying say flyers cannot be carried. Passenger must abide by the rules for carrying another figure... so no transporters (so far) and no flyers.

Passanger says you may CARRY a friendly character, meaning that you have to follow the rules for carrying. ie can't carry fliers/transporters/giant figs/ battle fury figs.

What rulebook/FAQ states that flyers cannot be carried? Sorry to be a pest here, it just says "flyers cannot carry other flyers" and I haven't found any *general* rules about carrying.

basiclly it means that during the transporter when he is transporting somone he carries them like a flier would. so if a flier can't carry a flier/transporter/BF fig then neither can the the passenger character.

replace that first time i used transporter with the word passenger character

On the WizKids site the acronym used was this: CCCC, Carriers Cannot Carry other Carriers. That was what they put up with the introduction of Double Base/Transporters.
