I'm curious. I use it alot, and am wondering if I can use Cage to mimick it, and charge through walls? Also can I use it to break away and charge an opponent? Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

No, you can not. Serpent Society TA requires a "Power Action" to move through walls. Charge also needs a "Power Action" and since you can not give 2 poweractions to a character.
