Outside of scenarios only Big Figures can capture. If the Big Fig carries its captive back to the Big Fig's starting area then you can give the Big Fig a Power Action to eliminate the captive and earn double victory points (triple for Arch-Enemies).
But in the rule book it says any figure can capture anyone, you have to make a close combat action but if you succede at the action don't damage him but you capture him and you can only do move or pass actions, the captured figure cannot be given actions, and if the figure that captured the other figure dies then the captured figure is free. It never said anything about being able to KO the captured figure and I was wondering if their was any FAQs about it or any changings in the rule.

What rule book are you referring to? It certainly isn't Universe (THE rule book, until Icons comes out).
As was said before, Sentinels and the like are the only figures that can capture and they can't KO a captured figure. The only way they can get rid of a figure is to take it back to its (the Sentinel's) starting area and perform the Power Action to remove it from the board and get double points.
Well it said it in the DC hypertime rule book. That figures can capturee other figures unless i read it wrong.
You didn't really read it wrong, you were just reading the scenario section. Also, like I said above, Marvel Universe is the current rule book. Any of the older ones are obsolete (meaning, many rule changes have occured). You can download the current rule book here:
