Rule of 3, you can only enhance any one of your given values by three.
and as far as prob control goes I think you can re roll anything as long as you're in range and have line of sight.

Well HSS explicitly says UNTILL YOU STOP THE ATTACK OR MISS. Theoretically, against a 14 def you could probably hit 5 times with an 11 attack before you miss.

PC can be used on supersenses, even impervious. Any die roll.

What about when you use HSS option 2, can you only do it 3 times?
Four actually, and maybe more.
First hit, your damage is set = 1.
Second hit = 1 (1st hit) + 1 = 2 total.
Third hit = 1 (1st hit) + 1 (2nd hit) + 1 = 3 total.
Fourth hit = 1 (1st hit) + 1 (2nd hit) + 1 (3rd hit) + 1 = 4 total.
Now, you can continue to attack as long as you continue hitting, although your total damage will not go higher than 4, unless you roll critical hits. They will still add 1 more to the final damage. Of course, you are as likely to roll a crit miss as you are to roll a crit hit, so be careful.

Well... an attack roll is typically your roll on your turn, or his roll on his turn, so PC is legal. However, a Super Senses roll is typically your roll on HIS turn, or his roll on YOUR turn, so under normal circumstances, PCing a SSenses roll won't work. There are a couple ways you can do that though, but they are fairly rare.
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.
How so? Now I'm asking questions lol, I thought the power card stated any die roll...
in fact I have it here somewhere.

Think about WHEN you roll SSenses and Impervious... when you are attacked. You are only attacked when it is your opponent's turn. You can only PC HIS rolls on his turn. Rerolling them then would be YOUR rolls on his turn, and that's not what the rules say --
Your rolls on your turn. His rolls on his turn.
However, you CAN reroll them on your turn in certain circumstances --
When Earthquake hits on your turn, you can reroll your Impervisous rolls.
If you make an Energy Explosion attack on an opposing figure and you have a figure with SSenses and/or Impervious adjacent to him so they might take splash damage. If you miss your rolls, since they are your rolls made on your turn, you can PC them and reroll them.
Earthquake can happen. The EE case is a fairly rare occurance.
Does this help?

No need to concede. I can be (and am) wrong more often than I like. I was just making sure you understand how it worked. It's all good.
Heck man, when I goto tourneys I ALWAYS bring both my manual and powers card. I have thus far proved a judge wrong 7 times.... its sad we all forget sometimes though.

This brings another question to me, with the rule of three, wouldnt the character DEFENDING against HSS +1 to defense also be limited by rule of three eventually? I mean it would only make sense. But hey, I'm not a judge.
