I have a few questions I was wondering if anyone could help me out on:
1. Can you use ICWO if you have a character mind controlled and they have it on them? And if so, does it last until the end of your opponent's turn or just the end of yours?
2. If you use the Sinister Syndicate ability as the Thunderbolted TA on either of the Avenger's Transporters and you do a move-and-attack would you replace the AV and THEN do the minus two or would the minus two modify the original TA and then the replacement TA happens...I'm curious on which it is, can anyone help me out?
3. Does a hovering character take damage from taking knockback into a wall or does he simply hover over it?
4. I was pretty sure about this one but someone was arguing against it so....Don't you only have immunity in your starting position on your first turn not until you take an action? Somebody I play with seems to think that as long as you don't take an action with a character and they have not been moved then you are not allowed to attack them but I was pretty sure that was only true on the first turn not throughout the game...
Thanks a ton you guys!

Short answer: No, you cannot use the ICWO. ICWO is not tied to a single figure and does not add to the point value of the individual figure (in other words, the point value of the figure is not increased like other Feats, like Pounce for example, for the purposes of MC or MM).
2. The rules aren't clear on this, but my understanding is that both the -2 and the replacement happen at the time of the attack and (guessing here) the replacement will apply before the -2. I may be wrong though.
3. Does a hovering character take damage from taking knockback into a wall or does he simply hover over it?
The flying figure will take damage from hitting a wall or the edge of the map.

First Turn Immunity only applies during each player's first turn.
Thanks a ton you guys!
Oh yeah, I forgot one!
Does a friendly character in stealth block line of fire to a giant character, such as Awesome Andy, or not?
Figures do not block LOF to or from a Giant character.

Two answers for your two questions... 1) The card itself states, "As long as it is not the target of Mind Control, this agent...", and 2) The +1 from ICWO lasts until the beginning of your next turn.

First, you would have to have a SinSyn figure adjacent to your transporter when he makes his attack to make use of the AV switch. Then, as the mantra goes, Replace, then modify. Use the SinSyn AV, then modify with the -2.

If he hits a wall, he takes damage. If he gets knocked off a building, no damage, unless there isn't a legal square for him to occupy below. Then he takes one damage for "clinging".

You have immunity as long as you do not move from your starting square. You can make a 0 move action (say, to activate your Con Artist), and you would still be safe. If you move out of your starting square, but are still in your starting area, you can be attacked. If you use an action that doesn't cause you to move from your startig square, you are safe as well.

Per the Mutant Mayhem insert, "The line of fire to and from giant characters are not blocked by standard figures." You can shoot over the figure in hindering terrain.
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.

I just wanted to point out that the Transporter Move/Attack ability is like HSS - that is, carried characters are off the map until the action is concluded.
So, you can't carry Bullseye around to get that 11 AV during a Move/Attack (though it would work on a Running Shot/Charge) - you'd have to place him in a square adjacent to where the Transporter is going to be when making the attack to utilize the ability. Just to clarify.

Duh....should of read it better...

I thought that was probably the case but I was thinking about defend and the new FF feat and such and it is said that you actually use perplex or ICWO to up your own defense and then your defense is replaced by another character's so I thought it might be the same thing...especially since in this case the -2 happens at the beginning of your movement and the replacement AV happens after you have moved and gotten into position.

Only for the first turn though right? Rox said you told him it is for the entire game but I am quite positive that isn't true and so is Psylockeslover it seems.
Thanks Jett, Psy, and everyone else for your help!!

First turn only, hence the name -- First Turn Immunity
I don't recall telling Rox that, but the pre-release was pretty busy. Besides, if PL said it's so, I would trust his opinion over my own.
Yeah it was probably just a misunderstanding, I just wanted to get everything cleared up. Thanks again for your help...you should come play at Mammoth sometime!
