Okay, say for example V Taskmaster or Dr. Doom wildcard the Superman team ability. I want to Perplex V Superman, starter Spider-Man who is wildcarding Superman, and Iron Man who is using Thunderbolts for Superman. Which ones will it work on? Also, can characters with alternate team abilities via Thunderbolts use Brilliant Tactician on their new team?
Brilliant Tactician only works on characters with the same printed team ability. So Taskmaster could use BT to Perplex other Minions od Doom, and that's it. He can't copy another TA to Perplex members of another team using BT.

Actually, I believe this has been FAQ'ed- Taskmaster could choose to copy a TA, and then use Brilliant Tactician to Perplex everyone with that printed TA, or any other wildcards copying that TA, or Thunderbolts (who are considered part of whatever team they're Thunderbolting for things like trading clicks, so I don't see any problem with this). However, Taskmaster would have to actually copy whatever team he's trying to Perplex, which means for example if he's adjacent to an Intergang Medic and using Superman Enemy to Outwit something, then wants to Perplex up his Batman Allies, then he would have to copy Batman Ally, thus losing Outwit.
However, now that I actually look at the FAQ I can't see the clarifications I was referring to, so I'm not sure where I got that now. Maybe it was something hair10 had ruled on, but not actually gotten into the FAQ yet.

Sorry if this isn't particularly helpful
It's helpful because it is 100% correct. It's not in the FAQs yet, but it will be. Right now, it's just a "forum ruling", but you are still correct... Tasky is a great figure for Brilliant Tactician for his price. Just keep him healed up!
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.
