Is damage dealt by stunning blow reduced by any power that reduces damage dealt?

Do you take the push damage first then the attack damage or all the damage at once?

Push Damage is always dealt last. So if, after taking the regular damage from Stunning Blow, the target character is showing Willpower on its dial, it will not take the Pushing Damage. By that same toke, if the target had Willpower on its dial at the beginning of the attack and the damage from Stunning Blow caused Willpower to be lost, the target would now take the Pushing Damage.
Bottom line: Pushing Damge is always resolved at the end of the action.
Thanks these were issues at my last game that we (meaning the guys I play hc with) wanted to get clear

I want to tack a question on to this. From what I understand, Armor Wars (the purple card) does 1 extra damage every time damage is dealt.
Does that mean that pushing now does 2 damage?
If so, can I incap (stunning blow) someone to take pushing damage and the normal damage? How would that be worked out?
First off, Armor Wars only kicks in if, and only if, damage was reduced. If your Iron Man targets Titanium Man, and TM's Impervious reduces IM's damage dealt to 0, Armor Wars activates and bumps the damage dealt to 1. If, instead, Banshee Psychic Blast's TM, and the PB ignores the Impervious, the damage won't be reduced and Armor Wars will not activate.
Second, Pushing Damage is *not* damage dealt. Pushing Damage is a separate type of damage (hence the reason you can't reduce Pushing Damage or redirect it with Master Mind) and, since Armor Wars only cares about damage dealt, it isn't effected by Armor Wars.
Man Normalview you got all the answers! How about this, if I use In contact with Oracle with the Oracle clix can I use both the top and bottom parts of the card? And what if I’m using Batman and I use the outwit from Oracle can I then outwit someone else with Batman's outwit

Yes, you get both benifits from In contact with Orcacle when the figure is on the card. But no, If Batman already has outwit on his dial, taking Oracle's outwit will do you no good. It will not give you a second outwit.

I got another In contact with Oracle question. Say V Batgirl is Incontact with Oracle and has Brilliant tactician on her, now can batgirl use Oracle's perplex with brilliant tactician? or do i have to wait till it shows on her dial?

You can use Oracle's Perplex to activate BT. However, this only works because Batgirl met the BT prerequisits in the first place. You couldn't try to do this with a figure that did not normally meet the prerequisits (like Mysterio or Mystique).
well if you just incapacitate someone without using stunningblow;and you then roll crits.. do they then take i clix of damage from the crit. hit. yes or no?

Yes. Incapacitate makes the damage 0, not "no damage" like Mind Control. 0 damage + 1 damage dealt from critical hit = 1 damage dealt total.
