i just wanted to make sure, if an opposing fig adjacent to my fig that has stealth can't use RCE on him even with trick shot? am i correct?

for example: my batman fig is adjacent to a KC Green lantern who has trick shot, he can't give a ranged combat action to attack my batman right cause he can't see him??

Correct (assuming Batman is in hindering terrain), because Trick Shot does not work when adjacent to opposing characters. However, there is nothing stoping GL from using a close combat attack against Batman (and with his AV, he'll probably hit).

what about if some one were to outwit range combat expert. Is trick shot no longer applicable since range combat expert is no longer present?

Correct. Countering a power via Outwit effectively removes it from the dial. If the power Outwitted was the prerequisite for a feat, then the feat will not be available until the power returns.

Sorry but i think that you still can use trick shot but you dont have the +2 bonus..... If i wrong please tell me where i can find the awnser because i really have problem whit a guy.... he has 3 Trick Shot feats!!!!!!!

If they do not have the RCE power (as the Outwit power states) they do not meet the pre-reqs for the feat, and thus cannot use it.

RS "ignores" RCE. As per the Icons rulebook, this means that the character with RS "is not affected by" RCE. Even though he isn't affected by RCE, the attacker still has RCE, and can thus use Trick Shot.
