Ok, I know friendly characters can move through squares occupied by another friendly character.
But what if that friendly character's square you are moving through is also hindering terrain? (For instance, that character is standing on an object) Can you not make the move at all? Or do you stop imediatley in the square after?
Or what if by moving through a character's square you would become adjacent to an enemy? Again, can you not make the movement at all, or do you stop in a square immediately after?

Correct. You can not give a character an illegal action.

If you have super strength and you're carrying an object, and you loose super strength, does the object fall in the square you character is standing in? Or an adjacent square?

From the Icons rule book (page 27, under 'Objects'):
Characters with Super Strength may pick up an object and use it as a weapon. A character may hold only one object at a time. A character may not choose to drop an object once it is held. To dispose of a held object, the character must use it in an attack. If, however, a character holding an object is KOd or loses the Super Strength power, the character automatically drops the object, which stays in the square the character occupied when the power was lost.
