Does an Inertial Interference Field have any effect on a Pouncing character??

From the card:

"When a character makes an attack using Running Shot, Charge, or Hypersonic Speed, reduce damage dealt by 2. Knockback damage is reduced by 1."

Pounce is neither Running Shot, Charge, nor HSS - so no reduction of damage dealt.

But the reduction of knockback still applies, should there be any. That part is not dependent upon the type of attack. It always happens.
