Notices that PC is STILL worded so that the character with the power can use it on its own rolls & no mention of the PC character needing LOF to itself. :speechles
Interesting if subtle change...Force Blast's target "can be dealt knockback damage," as opposed to the old wording of "may." Does that mean figures normally immune to knockback damage (Combat Reflexes) can be dealt knockback damage normally....I'm just messing. Still, it's wierd that they would change it from "may" to "can" for no reason.
I'm a little confused by the picture example in the Giants section showing who is adjacent to Atlas. Isn't Beast adjacent to Atlas since he is standing on the edge of the building? The rules state: "if the line crosses elevated terrain and both characters are grounded, then the characters are not adjacent." Beast isn't grounded, he's elevated. Shouldn't he be adjacent to Atlas?
It seems to me that the wording on Incap makes Stunning Blow useless. After all, what good is it being able to deal damage with an Incap attack when Incap sets your damage to 0?
Other than that, it looks good to me so far...

Nah, any time a feat breaks the rules of the game, the feat is right. It's like Nova Blast - pulse wave sets the damage at 1, but NB undoes that.
We need Sand. And Sandman. And even Sandy the Golden Boy.

Just a note, Incap has also been a 0 damage power since they decided to defnie powers as such. Also note that 0 damage powers are defined as powers that deal 0 damage, and may be modified.
No damage powers and 0 damage powers are different. If Incap was a no damage power, then Stunning Blow would be useless (the blurb avbout Feats overriding rules notwithstanding).

Don't forget that it's automatic now. Not a "successful attack". So no more rolling for super senses!
