I've seen people talking about using Transporter Spidey with Vet Iron Fist and a Batman Enemy and then having Spidey borrow Iron Fist's AV while carrying him during a transporter move and attack. Does that really work? I wouldn't think so since Batman Enemy requires adjacency and the carried figure in a transporter move and attack is considered off the board. I would think it's just like Hydra which definitely doesn't work.
Spidey cannot borrow Iron Fist's attack if he is carrying him during the move and attack. IF is considered to be off the board until Spidey's move action is complete.
However, Spidey could borrow IF's attack if IF happened to be standing adjacent to the square Spidey was attacking from. He would borrow the 12, then subtract 2 for the penalty, giving Spidey a 10 attack. Not too shabby.
