I'm pretty sure that I can T'bolt my V Black Knight to the Green Lantern TA and Double-Time him to bring my army across the map... but will it work with a non-flier, non-transporter Avenger? Would adding Passenger, for example to Quicksilver, make it work?

Passenger limits taxiing to a single character, so you'd get no use out of T-Bolting Quicksilver to the GLC. Not to mention no version of Quicksilver qualifies for Passenger.

No, because the Green Lantern team abillity states that the figure with the team ability can CARRY up to 8 friendly characters. Non-fliers cannot carry figures. This means that Quicksilver and other non-flying Avengers team members could not use the Green Lantern TA. They couldn't even carry one figure.
Also, adding Passenger would allow them to carry just one figure as Passenger states. Hope this helps.

To answer the title question, yes any Avenger can T-bolt to the GL TA, but, as was already pointed out, they can only use said TA if they could normally carry a figure. The GL TA could be used if there was a flying WC or WC transporter (read as E Sinister Spidey) on the team to copy the TA (from the carrying challenged T-bolted Avenger) and perform the taxi role.

Not quite. The E Spider-Man is a Wildcard. The V is the Avenger.


E could Wild Card to GL though, and carry 8 people.

I am doing an Avengers Team, and was going to use the V spidey, but recently decided to use the E, and in my mind I knew what I meant, unfortunately no one else did

Just remember it's the E's status as a Transporter that allows him to carry 8 figures if he's wildcarding the GL TA.

You could Thunderbolt the Vet Spidey to the GL TA, but as he cannot carry figures, he would not be able to use the TA.
