So good! Obviously front-loaded, but for 37 points you can't ask for a better sniper. Use him with a high-defense Defend character and watch your opponent go into convulsions.
I don't know enough about the character to judge comic accuracy, so I'll give him a 3 (neutral) rating.
He's a mad scientist who will try to heal you and almost never succeed. Classic!
In actual games, push a couple of Con Artists to act as his "nurses" and perplex up his healing skill. Hmmm, that gives me an idea for a repaint mod...
Oh, yeah, the 10 range RCE. I suppose that's good too...
I really like obscure old LEs when I'm trying to confuse and startle my opponent.
A very quirky and surprisingly effective figure that can be quite a team asset at a mere 37 points. Great keywords that he can round out teams for on the cheap to maximize on theme rerolls. His jaw dropping and unexplainable 10 range goes quite nicely with his RCE and EE. The end dial support is another very nice surprise; while his AV is so low that success with support rolls is unlikely, there's no harm in trying. This here is actually an all around decent figure, and one of a very few from Hypertime I'd still actually consider dusting off and using from time to time.
Top 10 pieces of Hypertime (not that it takes much)
The joke is that I have no idea how they arrived at this dial for him, at all. That aside, his dial is pretty playable since 10-range RCE defended by Super Senses is a surprising find. Sure, his Support is a bit of a joke, but if you play older figures it can actually work. That Force Blast is fun too - knowing his dial allows you to get set to FB someone by surprise after they hit you if you plan it right.

The funny thing is, with the Envy relic, he actually becomes a very playable swarm-buster and medic for the same cost as Weasel. The same can be said of anything in the Resource Era, but it's especially true with all of the older designs.
