Again when this guy came out he was the perfect spidey! Now adays he is lacking he needs the 18 defense and no 7's for attack values, love the last 3 clix that feels like spidey takes a lickin and then gets dangerous!
I like the layout on this Spidey, just not the numbers that show up halfway through. Still, that first click combined with the Spidey TA can let him get up to mischief. Two target Incap has a short range and seems tough to set up, but with 3 damage he doesn't need to lean on it like the older versions. Combat Reflexes keeps his defenses from being total garbage, but only later versions have the right numbers to make it feel like he's really tough to shoot as well (as the Wallcrawler should be!) I always dig the end-dial Flurry/Willpower/Outwit to capture Spidey pulling off some great last-minute save.

If this Spider-Man's defense were only +2 on his last six clicks, I would probably call him the best Spider-Man ever. As it is, he's still pretty good... well, his defense late-dial REALLY does suck...
Pair him up with the GGGF Dr. Strange to borrow Strange's 16 DV (copying Defenders) on his mid to late dial clicks, boosting his DV to 18 at range (with Strange's Defense SP also granting ES/D). More importantly, you maintain the Marvel Knights theme!

This guy is dated, but I still like him. The final three clicks - representing Spidey in "fighting rage" mode - are awesome, and very accurate to the character. His opening stats are also good, and I like the idea of giving Spidey a longish dial with no damage reducers. The main problem is that, by today's standards, his AV and DV drop too fast. I'd love to see an updated version with better stats and maybe some Perplex near the front.
