I saw the LE lester last sunday.. and it has the sinister syndicate TA printed on its basE!!! is that for real or was it a misprint? what does wizkids or you people have to say about that?

Lester has the Sinister Syndicate Team Ability. So say we all.

You always go by the actual figure unless there has been an errata released for the figure.

AFAIK, there has only been two cases of a team ability present on a dial that should not be there: early versions of experienced and veteran Pyro from Infinity Challenge have the Masters of Evil (should be Brotherhood) and some purple-ring Professor X's have the 'classic' X-men symbol instead of the Ultimate X-men TA. There is no errata for the purple ring figures since they are promotional and not for approved play.

IIRC, there is only one case of a figure without a TA to have been erratta-ed to have a TA: The LE Connor Kent is a Superman Ally.
