Am I right in assuming that:


-a flier or Giant or transporter (if there is one w/earthbound) or double based-fig, that gains earthbound, can be carried?

Flier, yes, since they now have the boot speed symbol.

Transporter (non-double based), yes, since they now have the boot speed symbol.

Giant, yes, since they are now no longer a Giant.

Double based character (transporter or not), no. Gaining Earthbound does not make a double based character a single based character; they are still double based and still have all the restrictions of a double based character.
