Does Siphon Power help me meet the requirement for Coordination?
Example:
Say I assign Siphon Power and Coordination to Vet Lobster Johnson.
If I'm fighting a team that's ta pure, say an all Fantastic 4 team.
Say my opponent has the old R Invisible Girl standing behind Thing.
Can I draw a line of fire through Thing and outwit I-Girl's Defend?

No matter what TA Lobster Johnson is copying, he will only be able to shoot across other BPRD members. Siphon Power does nothing to change this: It only changes team ability, not team symbol.
Lines of fire to and from the character are not blocked by characters with the same team symbol.
And Siphon Power says:

Choose a character. This character has the following team ability instead of any team ability for team symbols printed on its base:
Once at the beginning of each player’s turn, this character may choose and use on that turn any team ability that any figure on the battle map possesses. This team ability follows all other rules for the wild card team ability.
So Lobster Johnson would be able to use his opponent's team abilities, but his team symbol will always be B.P.R.D.
So, short answer... no.
EDIT: Gah! too slow. And, by the way, Quebs, I love your new avatar.
