During a fun game tonight, the question of outwitting the effects of TA came up. Specifically, can you outwit the PC that is granted by the CSA TA. I didn't think that you could outwith a TA(or not without the new feat card), but the two guys thought you could. So, I am just curious, can you outwit TA's that grant powers? Anyone?

Currently you can outwit the outwit granted by the Superman Enemy TA and the PC granted by the CSA because the TA descriptions say they gain the power as if it were on the dial. However, you could not outwit the stealth like ability granted by the Bat Ally TA because it does not actually grant stealth.

wow, I did not know that. Thanks for the information. Wouldn't by that same line of thinking mean that you could also outwit the powers granted by ICWO with her on the card?

Correct. Anytime a character actually gains a power, and isn't just using an ability that mimics a power's effect, that power can possibly be Outwitted (following the normal rules for Outwit, of course).
The Toughness granted by Force Field is another good example, since many characters (like Green Lantern) have two prereqs on their dial at a time. Rather than burn two Outwits on, say, TK and Barrier, just Outwit the Toughness.
