Can you use the three in conjunction? The reason I am curious is because the way the powers and feats read.
Running Shot- Give this character a power action; halve its speed value for the action. Move this character up to its replacement speed value and give it one ranged combat action as a free action. this character must declare a target to which it can draw clear line of fire from the square where it intends to end its move in order to use this power.
Incapacitate- Give this character a close combat or ranged combat action; its damage value becomes 0 until the action has been resolved. If this character successfully hits a target that has zero or one action token, give the target an action token.
Trick Shot- When making a an attack from a square that is not adjacent to an opposing character, the character ignores Stealth and team abilities that duplicate stealth, and it ignores characters and hindering terrain for line of fire purposes.
Stunning Blow- When this character makes a successful attack with incapacitate, in addition to the effects of Incapacitate, the character may deal damage equal to its unmodified damage value. Divide the attacker's damage value any way you choose among the successfully hit targets.
I understand that you can use that running shot and incapacitate together. I understand you can use running shot and trick shot together. But can you use all four together? I can see it going both ways bot the way Incapacitate says "action" and trick shot says "attack" its throwing me off.
I say yes, since you don't need to use rce to get ts to work. and I have used stunning blow with rs so yes.
I see, you are adding incap to the mix thats throwing you off. since incap is a side affect of sb what you are doing is using ts with rs. then taking advantage of sb
It would work. Trickshot is a passive ability that is on whenever you have either of the pre-reqs, it obviously does not require the pre-req power to be used in the attack, because you cannot use plasticity(the other pre-req besides RCE) in an attack.
