choose a character. when this character is given a move action modift its speed value by +2. This caracter cannot carry other characters and automatically breaks away from other soaring characters.


okay now my question is what all does this work with? Can you use it with charge?1). Can you use it with hypersonic attacks?2). Can you use it with transporter attack?3). Please can anyone help me with this.

Now i believe the answers to 1;2;and 3 to be no but need help.

Move Action is the key words.

Translation.... it won't work with any move/attack powers.

It WILL work with a transporter MAM ability because that also requires a move action

While HSS, Charge and RS, grant move actions as part of a power action, I think you need to give the character an actual move action.

There is loophole with the transporter, since you are granted a free combat attack as part of move action (with the -2 AV penalty, of course).
However, the transporter won't be able to carry anyone. Imho, the feat works best on transporters because they are able to use any speed ability not requiring a power action (L/C) during their movement.

Unfortunately, you can only use the feat on the more expensive, flying transporters (Black Knight, Hawkeye, Mirage/Moonstar and Sam Guthrie), but the speed boost might be enough to make a crutial attack.

Y'know, it just popped in my head.... I don't have the card, so I don't know if it shows the "flying boot symbol" or just says "flight"..... but if it shows the symbol, transporters can't use it.

Again, I've got no clue which one it says (didn't think the fig was worth it), but I thought I'd say that just in case.

Prerequisite is the wing symbol. Transporters can't use it.

If you read all the responses, you will understand that it is 9 points wasted. This card came out at around the same time as the great nerf of HSS

If HSS was still a move action then this card would be undercosted if anything
