A very basic question, but one that came up today and I couldn't find a specific answer -- though it's probably because it's one of those "well, obviously he can" sort of situations: If someone using HSS has more than one target, can he use them both during an option 1 attack, at half the printed range value and from one location with a single attack roll, deciding afterwards (if both are hit) how to distribute the damage?

(I simply don't use HSS much, and the reminder of the ACTION vs ATTACK element that keeps Psychic Blast from working with HSS has me double-checking any presumptions. Better to ask and be sure. I've never claimed to be a gamer, I'm only in this for the characters.)

Yep, you can definately do that. Just like when you make any ranged attack with multiple targets, it works just like how you thought.
