Just wondering a few things about this shiny Thundering Blow card here.

1. My fig has an 11 AV on a part of its dial. Can I use a replacement value of 11+ to qualify for the usage of the card?

2. My fig has [Flurry / Duo / Colossal Multi-Attack] and Thundering Blow with the 11 AV. It deals 3 damage in its first attack. Does the second attack have the +1 damage modifier?
