Sorry for my ignorance, but I am new to the game and could not find anything in search.

If I am using two MC'ers, can I compel a friendly fig who has already attacked, to attack again, then compel the Mind Controller to compel
that friendly fig again to attack for a third time in the same turn?

No because a MC'd fig cannot use any feats that are on it. So the 2nd MC'er could Compel the 1st MC'er, but then the 1st MC'er would not be able to use Compel.
