Say someone is caught redhanded misrepresenting the giant abilities when he's been informed prior to the tournament that his way isn't the case.
Say said person also shortclicks, squeezes out an extra space for Charge, lies about his Extended Range saying it specifically says it breaks the Rule of 3, and claimed Psychic Blast had to be declared. Plus he's rude, grabbed my stuff without asking, called me a name, and smells.
My question is - is the judge obligated to eject him after I told him to deal with it and convinced him he was in fact cheating? What if the judge says he will but doesn't?
Your best bet would be to speak to the owner of theVenue and explain your problem in a calm and rational manner. Let him know you have tried to approach the Judge about this behavior and you are having a negative experience at the store due to this one individual.
Tell him you would prefer that someone talk to the Player and give them a chance to fix their behavior issues.
The Judge cannot eject them from the store, only the game.
Hard to prove, the only thing you really have evidence of is grabbing your stuff and smelling... granted that could be enough (ie the difference between old spice and old cheese). Just kill him quick and move on with the game.
I'm your huckleberry
When someone turns invisible in front of you... they are still in front of you!!!
If the judge stated to him ahead of the tournament that giants don't occupy 25 squares - only one, and he ignored that, it's strong evidence that he's either stupid, extremely forgetful, deaf, or a cheat.

I'd focus on handling it myself - rather than worrying about the other players.
Sorry your Judge is weak - that stinks. I'd approach with the attitude that I'll try and teach him the game.
When I see him using a Giant against me, before we begin we'll review the rules.
As the game progresses, any errors he 'makes' will be corrected at that time.
When clicking figures, I will repeatedly ask to see it done.
The goal won't be to win, but as innocently as possible annoy him enough to take every ounce of fun from the game. When he groans when we are matched up, then I will be satisfied.
The final culmination will be when he starts a thread on HCRealms complaining about me.
When dealing with these types, I go with the Columbo-method. You speak the truth, but act as though you are not really sure - so its non-threatening and allows the other person to save face, all the while getting your way.
"Yeah, 25 space adjacency. I could have sworn it was only 1 square. I'm sure you're right, but let me just look in this rulebook. It will take just a second. I'd hate to play this game all wrong. Let's see... Yup, here it says..."
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.

Just a question...why don't you include all the information at once? People would be better able to help you if you could give a full account of what is going on.
