Super Strength/objects/new ruling

Does the new ruling on objects/adjacency affect where you drop an object when you lose super strength or do you still place it in the square you occupy? Thanks.

As far as I'm aware, you still drop it in the square you occupy, so it would no longer be adjacent to you.

Says right in the power description the object lands in the square you occupy, not an adjacent square. Nothing has changed.
