Ok, I know it says that 4 special markers act as walls and are therefore blocking terrain. Also, I get that if you get knocked back into one, you get damaged. But what about the ares in between? For example, look at the diagram
S============S
X-----------------Z
S============S
S is the Special Wall areas, X is the person attacking and Z is the person getting hit while the dotted line is the path he takes getting knocked back. = is the boundaries of the S area. Now since it doesnt specify that the areas in between the S markers is actually blocking terrain, does getting knocked back into them result in knockback dmg? Or does the character get knocked outside of the "ring", which contradicts the rule that characters cant leave the ring. However, not leaving the ring could mean that you cannot voluntarily leave the ring, whereas knockback is involuntarily leaving the ring.
Anyone got any ideas? Yes I know its a carppy diagram, but I tried

U Ganthet, Labcoat Beast, Cap and Bucky

Walls have the same effect as blocking terrain, so:
- if a Wrestler is knockbacked into the edges of the Ring, he will be dealt knockback damage;
- if a non-Wrestler is knockbacked into the edges of the Ring, he will be knockbacked outside the ring (no knockback damage for "hitting" the edges of the ring).
Also, I don't think wrestlers can ever leave the ring: they fight 'till they're KO.
Did you really try? If only you took Forum Diagraming 101, you could have given us a professional looking diagram that says, 'I really want you to understand this question'.
Oh well!
