Hey guys, I was wondering what the best way to beat a Feated up KC Flash in a 300 unrestricted.
What's some of the best ways to get a 13/14 attack?
One way is to get a large amount of perplex and Prob (Con Artists, Destiny etc.) Heck, get some high attack piece and Merc him to Sinister Syndicate, or something along those lines.
I played a bunch of random guys (literally) against KC Flash with Protected and Armor Piercing and had no trouble, mostly because my main attacker (R Hyperion) was borrowing an 11 attack from a V Silver Sable, and I had a smaller Hydra piece in there too.
Really, the trick is to have enough pieces to block Flash's Outwit line of fire, and make sure you have a steady attack value. It doesn't have to be much higher than 10 if you have a little bit of TA help... take enough shots and you will eventually tag him.
Oh, and it helps to have an Outwitter strip him of his HSS, although you have to throw someone else in the way or he'll Outwit you right back.

Original flying Thanos (~185pts)+protected(8pts) + nanobots(10pts), PC (V Destiny ~29pts), R Con Artist x3 (~11pt perplex), Black panther (IC or Universe 27pts outwit&stealth) = 292pts
Outwit to take away HSS. Perplex to up attack or range.
Trust me, something that I found worked really well against KC Flash was Stilt-Man with Shakeoff. Just base Flash, and then breakaway from him. Since Stilt-Man is a giant, he breaks away more easily and Flash will take damage for it. Now getting beside Flash to use it is a bit tricky because of Stilt's giant status, so use a map with lots of walls like the JSA Museum. That way you can go right behind a wall and get in really close, and then base Flash outright by hopping right out from behind the wall. It works less effectively on a map outside because you'd have to stop 2 squares from Flash because he's a giant.
I tried this on the JSA Museum and constantly pushed Stilt-Man. Flash didn't bother to hit Stilt cuz I had other, larger threats on my team and went for them instead. Did I win? No. But seeing Stilt-Man constantly run away and hurt Flash was quite entertaining.

I was thinking of either KC Superman or KC Magog.
They've got 13's.
That'll work too. Plus one hit from them and Flash is toast. Too bad my Magog's staff is broken
Then again, you can still use Magog, broken staff or not, and beat the tar outta Flash. Magog doesn't care about the state of his staff, when he rolls, he hits and when he hits, he hurts!

put damage shield on your big hitters and spend the game destroying objects... by the time he hits a couple of your guys a coupe of times for 4 damage each he won't be that impressive
Personally I'd go with the non-rolling ways to deal damage they've mentioned already that way you don't need the great attacks.
Poison
Damage Shield
Force Blast
Also don't forget:
Icecicle's non-roll incap
Mr. Mtzlptlick's easy-role incap
There's always mystics/crossgen/thunderbolts
And don't forget that your perplexers can lower his defense, allowing your mid-tier attacking pieces (which you should have at least 3 of) a better chance to hit him. The perplex-down lasts all round till he's hit. So knock him down to an 18 (or even a 17) and fire away till you hit.
Or you could do my personal favorite: Base him with an Cloak with passenger, carrying a rookie or E Cheshire (cloak pushes into stealth, and she starts with it and they BOTH have poison =)
I haven't seen it mentioned... but Mystics coupled with object destruction. Either bring out Phantom Girl (who can copy mystics) or someone on your own team with Nanobots to eat them up, but make sure those objects are removed to give Flash the chance to eat and heal.
My favorite Mystic is V Shade because he has some Regen and it's (a little) thematic, and his early willpower can be quite useful to catch a speedster.
That's my two cents.

Also, the last time I beat him I used R Lockjaw bringing Thanos with him. The Outwit (if Flash ain't fortituded) and Power Cosmic-ing are useful to put him to bed. But still, try and keep him from objects for his refueling.
