I'm trying to finish off a 300 pt Restricted Team using the Mystical Keyword.

I'm planning on making the team a R Shazam! Tent Team:

Here is what I have so far:

R Shazam! 105
JL Dr. Alechemy 62
+ The Society 0
JL Zatanna 72
(what else? OR should I replace Zatanna with someone else?)

The perfect/semi perfect addition could be a U Crimson Avenger for 53 points and 8 points left for a Protected on Capt Marvel, but alas, I don't have a Protected.

If not protected, what can i use for 8 points? A Homing Device on Cap Marvel, so Zatanna or Crimson Avenger can follow up attacks on Stealthed guys?

Who else?

Av Gargoyle for 58 points, who gets PC after his first click to soak up Malice Damage?

An added Fortitude on Shazam! and top off the team with a R Ice Maiden? Together with Dr. Alechemy, they can put up alternating barriers.

E Question for 53 points, for his perplex?

Actually, I might use Yondu for 53, he's an excellent secondary attack piece, and he does have the Mystical keyword. Alternatively, you could try Vet Ragman for 58 as well.

You have the PC and a barrierist (from 2nd click), a TK with barrier, 2 melee fighters and a pretty good sniper. If you don't have Nanoarmor, you can put Unstoppable on Moon Knight.

I played:

R Shazam w/protected, monster hunter & nanobots
Zatanna
Scarlet Witch
V Red Tornado

Went 3-0 with it easy. TK shazam to a phone booth, move up both PCers, activate and own something on turn 1. Push witch to barrier, push zatanna to outwit if you need it. Red Tornado wrecks stuff while it chases shazam around. Victory.

I also played that team, but I shuffled up the feats:

Protected on Shazam, Stunning Blow on Zatanna.

I'm not a big fan of Nanobots myself, but it is not a bad choice for Shazam (who should always be carrying an object while he can)
