What goes well with him?
I looked at his dial...always invuln or imperv plus cool stats and TA
I just don't know how to fill up that last 70 points
maybe a card and bulldozer
but I want it to be a fun team

Also...while posting cause I don't post too much here....the new Cyclops pissed me off with no keywords, I swear they had keywords to cost now, it's so dumb...HE IS A MUTANT....give him something...like AOA
same with Aquaman, Namor and Omega Red....Atlantis, Russian, Soldier, ANYTHING....geez....with such a huge bonus for using theme you should get atleast 1 keyword for these guys......they really need to change those rules

I do agree about the keywords part... ever since Malice you really need the Keywords...

Omega Red looks like a cool enough figure, and I have enough of him, but he'll most likely never see play in one of my teams - no keywords. Same with AoA Cyclops, etc...

If they do some for Crisis, some of them may see sealed play, since it seems to be much harder to make theme teams when your entire set isn't "mutants" (and you won't be able to run Malice)...

I figured Omega Red had to at least have the "Soldier" keyword.

We have 1 house rule at my clixin' ground. We have a custom feat for 10 points, preq no keywords, gives that character 1 keyword and this is limited to 1 per team build like Thunder Blow.

As a side note, I think the introduction of Keywords was kinda a stupid idea. Especially the extremely broad ones like Brute, Monster, Armor. I can totally see Colossus, Iron Spidey, and Bulldozer giving me a bonus as a team.

I would use R beetle as a taxi and put Shellhead and Fortitude on Wrecker and go to town.

= 300 points!

Wrecker works well with Ghost Widow.

She can taxi him around and heal his pushing damage.

I like all these ideas, I should look into cheap Masters of Evil now too!

Play Great Arena and Madness.

A possibly good BFC to use with him is Extraordinary Day. Increases the chances of a Critical Hit/Critial Miss to activate his Turnabout power.

I do think it ridiculous that O Red has no keywords. Keywords cost NOTHING to add points to the figure. If you want proof look at the new Zatanna. She costs 70-something points and has like 7 keywords! Same with the new Common Batman. But look at a total lack of keywords this way: There are feats now like Inside Information that actually make keywords work against you. I know it's not much, but it's somehthing. But as I don't give a flying fop about Keyword teams, I love to play Omega. And he's a nasty piece.
As for the Wrecker...he does have a lot of defense powers, but great stats? Not for 230 points. My only Strategy with him would be to play him on REALLY high point games. Because he is massively overpriced. Don't even think about playing him below 500. He is half your point spread after all.

What goes well with him? Pom Poms and a mini skirt, as he sits on the sidelines cheering your team on........ Seriously, for 230 points play Green Scar, or something else.

yeah he does blow. For 230 points and that TA he should have gotten a high attack at least. If you must play him I suggest pummel and shellhead as the feat cards. possibly some TK as well. r fire could be alright to.

pummel is almost needed for that attack and he can use it for a great deal of clicks.

What about Endurance?

I like the character though, I play Heroclix to be my favourite dudes from comics.....like....is that wierd now?

I dig him though and I play alot of the Floor Events for fun because...might as well...it's free and I could win...especially fun if I win using Wrecker which may not be likely but there may not be a great turn out and there's always fellowship. I still play clix for fun...and to be comic characters I like...I'm obviously crazy...because apparently that has nothing to do with HEROclix anymore according to some...not all....but some...not even you...because you use Omega Red because you think he's a sweetman...props to you.

No need for endurance the guy can push every turn. Unless you want to push without clicking. If this is what you're going for then maybe:

300 points. If no need for nanobots then you have an extra 10 points to put on your flyer or increase your flyers usefulness. You could also use that V sheild agent flyer.....she's only 29 points.
