Razzin' Frazzin' no-good eBay varmints!!

Waaay back in November, I paid for 5 Heroclix pieces from a US seller. I got a really good deal, too:

MODOK $8
CoG Terrax $2
SN Super-Skrull $1
Johnny Quick $2
Mr. Mind $1

Now the only one I really wanted was the big head, but it just turned out that no one else bid on the others.

I paid within days, and the seller told me they shipped the items Nov 18th.

Two months later, I eventually had to go to a Paypal dispute to get my money back, since nothing ever showed up and the seller stopped communicating with me.

NOW I've found that they've relisted ALL FIVE ITEMS all at the same time! Just now! I can't believe how audacious they are. And there's nothing I can do besides post negative feedback.

I'm really angry about this, because when I sell on eBay and someone gets a good deal from me, I still ship it. That's the risk you take - sometimes you're the windshield, and sometimes you're the bug.

But this jerk - all that happens to them is they drop from 98% positive to 97%. There's nothing else I can do. And I've missed a few opportunities to get MODOK since then.

Anyone else feel like eBay isn't the source for good deals and hassle-free sales anymore?

It makes me feel so upset, that not even my dolphin parade calms me down...

i got my protected for 20 dollars today.. im happy so far... but last year I had a similar incident with a Nathaniel Richards... the seller was eventually booted so I got a small bit of satisfaction

I had nothing but good experiences with Ebay, be it clixs, Magic cards back in the day or Michigan tickets.

Badger needs to post about one of his ongoing ebay issues...

Send your story to anyone who bids on his stuff. That's what I've done in the past but then, I'm very spiteful!

Just recently I sold two Heroclix on eBay, Citizen V and Korvac. The guy who won the auction got a good deal on them. But he didn't pay. I waited for a couple weeks. Filed a dispute with eBay. Then I noticed a bunch of people started leaving him neg feedback. I joined in after a few weeks. But I waited the longest reasonable amount of time after filing my dispute before I did. Very frustrating.

I can attest to this.

I demand compensation!!!!!
