No, actually.

The power states that he does possess the team symbols of Outsiders and Titans. That is what the key is for Resistance. He has the symbol, so being adjacent to someone else with the symbol will prevent Outwit.

Nightwing has the Batman TA so if you keep him in hindering, he can only be outwit by ultimates or superman TA. You can't draw line of sight to him otherwise.

You can however see an adjacent Titan or Outsider.

That's true but just call Batman TA if someone tries to outwit you.

Nightwing is very unusual in that he HAS 3 team abilities

Most SPs state 'use' but NW has them as 'has'

On those clicks, for all intents and purposes, consider the nightwing dial to actually be printed with those team symbols

He does not have to pick which one he is, he is all 3

But on a related note, because the extra team symbols come from a special power, they can not be used as a prerequisite for a feat.

It's not the nature of being a Special Power that prevents a Special Power from fulfilling prerequisites for feats. Use of powers and team abilities that are granted via Special Powers are typically not eligible to be prerequisites for feats because the characters can only "use" the powers or team abilities. If a Special Power gives possession of a power or team ability then the character is eligible for feat assignment through that Special Power.

Dual Membership has been the root of much confusion because of its ambiguous wording, but through the RA, it's been understood to mean, "Nightwing possesses the Outsiders and Teen Titans team symbols" and by nature of possessing a team symbol (explained in the rule book), the character also has (not just "can use") the team ability.

With that in mind, Nightwing could be assigned feats that require the Outsiders or Teen Titans team abilities.

Yes.... unless he turns off that power before the attack (which any smart player would)

...Although in all fairness, I think the power is only at the front end of the dial, not far enough down to let him be KOd easily in that one hit.
