Looking at the new PAC, I didn't see anything about damage at one per character.

Has that changed or did they just forget to mention. 'cause full damage energy explosion would be Awesome.

Energy Explosion still works the same way. The just removed some unnecessary wording, just like they did with Mystics last summer.

Yeah, read the EE description, it clearly says how damage is dealt when using EE. Damage value is not used in the attack. You could have 12 damage, and it still wouldn't matter when dealing damage from a normal EE attack.
