I read a couple of rather lengthy thread about this already and could not find another, but i'll be specific and to the point.
Can my TMC use the transporter ability to carry 2 hand ninjas and 2 enhancers(say V Badoon from SN), move up to 10 squares, end my movement dropping the 2 hand ninjas adjacent to an opposing fig in hindering terrain and end adjacent to the same fig himself, make a ranged attack(as per his trait) losing 2 AV(per the move and attack) gaining 2 AV(per hydra) for a total of 12 attack and 7 damage? then, after making this move let my 2 hand ninjas attack as a free action as per their SP? Then next turn use a meteorite with the duo on another character?
Also, am I correct in saying I cannot use the move and attack if I start my move adjacent to an opposing figure?
Lastly, someone argued that TMC can push every turn, but I say no since his character card does not specifically say so. Which of these are right?
For starter, I see nothing barring feats he meets the prerqusites for. So he's good there. As for your scenario, you need to remember he is limited to carrying up 2 figs, so he won't be able to carry all 4 figs. Everything else is correct. Also you are correct that he can't attack every round. He does not have any typical collossal special rules allowing it. He follows the normal rules for pushing and how many attacks. The only the preventing him from taking pushing damage is Indombitable.
MOVE AND ATTACK Give this character a move action when
it is not adjacent to an opposing character. The character can
move through squares adjacent to opposing characters. DURING ITS MOVEMENT, the character can make one close combat or ranged
combat attack as a free action. The character must be in a square
where it can legally end its movement in order to make the attack.
Modify its attack value by –2 (to a minimum attack value of 1)
for the duration of the attack. The character can use the rest of its
movement after making the attack.
The attack from a Move and Attack action, like Hypersonic attacks, must be made during the movement part of the action. Any figures TMC would be carrying are considered off the board until the action is over and their powers can't be used. They can only be placed at the end of the action.
Charge and Running Shot both grant an action AFTER the move is complete, so the figures could be placed and any Enhancement, SHIELD, or Hydra team abilities can be used then.

ah, its been so long. forgot that maa works like hss. so, if i have an avengers transporter i.e. Two-Gun Kid, he moves and attacks for free. good call. thanks.

I wouldn't say for free. He still gets a token it just doesn't count towards your total number of actions allowed.
Thor can't use fortitude I beleive because he has the indomitable symbol instead of the regular shield.
Thor can't use the current tourney-legal version of it, but if you are playing unrestricted and have a copy of the original DC version, you can use it. That one just says "Choose a character".

@ DrZero, I was just looking at my feats and saw that myself. I'll have to ask the judge since everything is legal now. However, I thought the rule was that if a new card is printed all old cards by the same name work the way the new printing says.
Here's a question about feats. If I want to use Shellhead on TMC, can I? because it has the regular shield symbol, but I think that is to represent the +2 modifier only. A similar feat is Haymaker

As far as I can remember you cannot benefit from Shellhead because of the symbol difference.
You can give him Shell-head if you like, but he won't get any benefits from it since he has the wrong defence symbol. Same reason why a Duo-figure can use Haymaker without getting the attack penalty.
And all Feats always follow the text on the most recently released version. You can no more put the original version of Fortitude on the Chariot than you can use the original Trickshot to Outwit through stealth or other characters

From the ashes of Paragon City... it rises!
Charge and Running Shot both grant an action AFTER the move is complete, so the figures could be placed and any Enhancement, SHIELD, or Hydra team abilities can be used then.

Just noting that if the SHIELD guy was carried, it could only use the free action range boost.

Colossals, simply for being colossal, do not have the ability to be given a non-free action every turn.

That was my venue's judge's ruling, at least.
The judge was wrong.
It has nothing to do with restricted or unrestricted.
From the player's guide:
"Any Feat cards that are published with the same name as a previous one override all of the text on the previously published card."
