If I use flurry against a Skrulls / Shape Change figure I must pass the check of this power which both atacks? or they roll shape change only when I announce the action?

Skrull TA/Danger Girl TA/Shape Change is rolled every time the character is the target of an attack. Since there are two attacks with Flurry, there will be two rolls... and if the first one fails, you can not target that character with the second attack, either.

I think you're asking for clarification on this order....
1)You announce the flurry and your first target for attack
2) They Roll SC and/or Skrulls(as applicible)
3a) If either is successful you can do something else with this character for your action. (remember even if you can attack another character this attacker cannot target this target again this turn)
3b) If both are uncecessful, you can make the first attack.
4) Declare your target for the second attack.
5) They Roll SC and/or Skrulls(as applicible)
6a) If either is successful you can attack someone/something else or you just sit there with a funny look on your face.
6b) If both are uncecessful, you can make the 2nd attack.
Edit: Too slow....but Canada scored so it's all good!
It is almost upon us! Are you prepared for the Quarmageddon?

The part that I put into magenta is incorrect.
SC/Skrull/DG allow you to declare a new action of the same type, BUT in this case, even on the first attack, you are stuck with the Flurry. You have committed to the Flurry. You've already given the close combat action and have moved on to the free action of the attack. The only option that you have in this case is to declare another target, if possible, for the attack. (Yes, if all you have is a wall to destroy, you must destroy it.)
well, following this logic I presume that shape change/skrulls it's not rolled against EE recoil damage or Quake since I don't make targets with those actions.

It is rolled for the first target(s) of EE.
It is rolled for all targets of Quake (using SC) because Quake does target. (Note that the Quake only becomes illegal if every single target has and succeeds at the Shape Change. This is true for anything with multiple targets.)
It isn't rolled against EE splash damage, that's right, but Quake does target :
"When using Quake against multiple opposing characters and one or more of the characters becomes an illegal target (due to Shape Change, Skrull, etc), the attack is still made against all legal targets. If there are no legal targets then the attack cannot be made."
