They may haven't used the TA on any current figures... but both TA's rock. Two weeks ago, a guy at the venue I judge at went 3 wins and 0 losses and won the tournament with his Avengers Team. He used the Thunderbolts Feat Card to gain the Serpent Society TA. He won two of the games in 4 turns each, and this was mainly due to the Serpent Society TA. In the right situations and with the right figures, it's an awesome TA.

I just used this TA recently in a 100 Point tourney. I ran the Infinity Challenge Rookie Storm, the Ultimates Morlock Leader LE, and a Rookie Morlock. I went 2 wins and 1 loss. And this TA was very helpful, especially in conjunction with the Morlock Leaders Flurry and B/C/F.

No, the TA is still legal. If you noticed.. the FF PAC doesn't contain the Mystics TA either. They only had so much room, so couldn't add all the TA's.

See my first section above... it has a link to the Unified Team Ability Chart... and it is updated with the current wordings of all TA's from all sets and universes.
Although to be technical about it, the character *can't* use Phasing/Teleport (and therefore wouldn't qualify for any feats with P/T as a prereq) but instead has exactly the same ability as Phasing/Teleport but as a team ability instead of a power.
That's why the LE Seth Voelker has both the Serpent Society TA and the Phasing/Teleport power: if you get rid of one, he still has the other as backup. You can outwit P/T but he can still use SS. Or if you use Disbanded to kill his TA, but he can still use P/T.
Of course, if you use both Disbanded and Outwit, then he's out of luck.
