Simple question can Flurry and charge be used together? I mean according to the PAC they're both power actions but we've been praising Starro Flash for having charge and Flurry. Am I missing something?

They are not both power actions.

Charge is a power action that gives the character a close combat action at the end of the 1/2 movement.

Flurry is a close combat action.

Mechanically, they have always worked together. The only reason we haven't been able to Charge + Flurry since the beginning of the game was because they both occupied the same square on the dial.

Now that Special Powers are here, however... Charge and Flurry to your heart's content!
