Are the 3 Dark Judges Fear, Fire and Mortis UK Exclusive? If so, where would one go about finding them? I wanted to play them as a team (the fact that the 3 Vets and Judge Death add up to 401 pts angers me, but swapping to E Judge Mortis leaves me with 12 pts) but I need to get them.

Yeah, unfortunately, E-Bay is probably your best bet. They are rarely for sale here on the Realms. I sold mine off (never, ever used them) about 6 months ago. Best of luck acquiring them.

You might get lucky and find a UK based game shop selling the boosters. I aw one a while back, thought I can't recall pricing or anything. Down side would be pulling them though. I got lucky and won a full set of the UK exclusives at a raffle at a con a while back. And while I loves me the Dark Judges in the comics, man did they get he short end of the stick come dial design, even comparing them to other Indy figures. Still, it's fun to run them from time to time.

Am I allowed to advertise the shop I go to? All in one collectibles has a bunch of them. I know they advertise they're tournments here.

I'd personally prefer to trade instead of buy, since money tends to be a factor for me. I posted up a trade page looking for them, but I dunno how that'll do. I just want them because they look cool and like fun. The 401 pts to run the 3 Vets and Unique pisses me off though.

You should be able to trade for the Rookies and Exp fairly easily , the Vets and LE are a little harder to come by.

Not really interested in the LEs, mainly I need Vet Judge Fear, Vet Judge Fire, E Judge Mortis and Unique Judge Death. That makes a 388 point team.

Do you mean that there are LE versions of the UK only figures? Do you have a link? I don't believe I've ever seen those before.

Nope, no UK exclusive LEs. The only other UK exclusive pieces besides the booster pullable ones were the preview Johnny Alpha and Judge Dredd given away at a UK con.

I bought mine at Strikezone (am I allowed to say this as well?). Sometimes they have them and sometimes not. But most were pretty reasonable. And they are fun to play with once in a while; I'll theme a Judges team with them and Hershey for fun every once in a while.
